How can we get to know you?

To get in touch with us, you can use our contact form. This way, we can directly check if we are available on your wedding day. You will receive a response from us within 1-2 days. If none of our standard packages meet your needs, we are happy to create a customized package for you.
To get to know you and your wishes better, we offer a non-binding and free consultation via WhatsApp, Teams, or Skype. We introduce ourselves and discuss all the important details about the wedding day with you. Such a conversation usually lasts between 15-30 minutes.

How can we book you?
After our initial conversation, we will send you a cost estimate. If you are satisfied with our offer, we will prepare a contract which we will send to you via email. There are a few fields in this contract that you need to fill out. Once you have signed the contract, you can send us an email with the signed contract attached. We will also sign it and send you a copy.

What happens after booking?

Once you have booked us, you can check off "photo/video" on your to-do list and focus on other aspects of your wedding planning. We will take care of the photographic and videographic coverage of your special day.
In the weeks leading up to your wedding day, we will meet again to finalize the schedule for the day. This way, we can ensure that we are up-to-date and consider all important details. You will have the opportunity to inform us of any changes to your plans or special requests, which we will take into account accordingly.
Our goal is to provide you with a carefree and stress-free wedding experience. We want you to rely on us to carry out our work professionally and reliably, so you can fully enjoy the day and focus on the beautiful moments you share with your loved ones.
How do you work at our wedding?

On your wedding day, we will be there for you, always staying inconspicuously in the background. We understand how important it is to capture every special moment of the day without interfering in the flow. During the couple's photo shoot, we are happy to give you some directions and support you in creating natural and authentic pictures that capture the beauty and emotions of the moment.
Our style is characterized by our preference to photograph from movement to achieve spontaneous and vibrant shots. Therefore, the couple's photo shoot with us is more like a leisurely walk, where you can simply let go and enjoy the moment.
At your wedding reception, we can bring our professional lighting and set it up at the location. Additionally, we love to bring fun props to create humorous group photos with you and your guests. These types of photos are always a highlight at every celebration and can replace the traditional photo booth.
When will we get our pictures/films?

Within one week after your wedding day, we will present you with a selection of 10-20 edited images to give you a first impression. We place great importance on individual editing of each image, which is a time-consuming process. However, we assure you that the entire photo reportage will be completed and provided within a maximum of 6 weeks, as stated in the contract. Our experience shows that image editing usually takes about 3-4 weeks.
Video editing is even more time-consuming than photo editing, but we also guarantee completion within 6 weeks after your wedding day.
Can you two be booked as photographers?

We love working as a team and offer you the option to have us accompany your wedding not only as a photo and video team, but also as two photographers or videographers. You benefit from the advantage that we can capture your wedding from different angles and perspectives. This way, you will receive even more creative and unique shots of your big day!
Especially when booking us as two videographers, we can make your wedding video something truly special and even more spectacular.

As a well-coordinated team, we can be flexible and adapt to your wishes and needs. We are highly skilled in both photography and videography, which means we can accompany you as both photographers and videographers on your wedding day. You benefit from the fact that we can split up during moments like the "getting ready" phase and capture both photos and videos of bride and groom separately. This way, we don't miss any important moments and capture them from different perspectives.
Do you cover all over Germany?

We work as wedding photographers and videographers throughout Germany. Our first location is in Munich (Germany), while our second location is on the island of Mallorca. In addition, we offer our services as a destination photo/video team and are available for bookings worldwide. We have already covered weddings in various countries such as Austria, Ireland, and Spain, and can therefore draw on extensive experience abroad.
What are the additional costs of a destination wedding?

Our wedding photography and videography packages apply to destination weddings as well, without any additional charges. Typically, only the travel and accommodation expenses incurred by us due to our travel will be added. If the location allows, we can combine a destination wedding with a private trip. In this case, there are no additional costs for you. Of course, we discuss this with you in advance to find the best possible solution for your needs.
Will our photos or films be published?

We are passionate artists and love to inspire other couples with our work. In our contracts, we offer the possibility to restrict or completely prohibit the publication of photos and videos. This way, you can decide whether you want to allow us to present your wedding photos and videos on our website or in other media. We respect your privacy and will always adhere to your wishes.
